Sue Ludlow was chosen as a 2005 First Citizen for her efforts in conceiving and co-founding Through A Child’s Eyes, an innovative partnership between Coffee Creek Correctional Facility and the Rotary Club of Wilsonville. For years she coordinated games and crafts at the summer in-wall event and served as Mrs. Claus during the winter in-wall event.
