John Ludlow was chosen a 2005 First Citizen for his efforts in conceiving and co-founding Through A Child’s Eyes, a partnership between Wilsonville Rotary and the Coffee Creek Correctional Facility, which he then chaired for many years. John was a longtime Wilsonville Rotary Club member who also served on the Wilsonville City Council and as mayor. He is the announcer for Wilsonville High School basketball home games and served as football announcer from the school’s opening in 1996 until 2017. John served as chairman of the Clackamas County Board of Commissioners from 2013-2017.
