Wilsonville native Charlotte Lehan has served on the Clackamas County Board of Commissioners from 2009–2012, served as Wilsonville mayor from 1997–2008, and served as a city councilor from 1991–1996 and 2015–2022. She led the community effort to relocate the state prison, helping to negotiate a better site outcome. A longtime resident, she also chaired the all-class reunion of Wilsonville (Primary) School students when the building was closed. She has been a longtime volunteer for the Pleasant View Cemetery located west of Wilsonville, as well.
