The 50th Heart of Gold Gala & Auction is a special evening celebrating Wilsonville’s incredible community spirit. This event honors the 2024 Wilsonville First Citizen, recognizing an individual or couple who has gone above and beyond to make the community a better place. The evening will feature inspiring stories, exciting auction items, and a celebration of service, all while supporting the impactful work of the Rotary Club of Wilsonville.

The 2024 Wilsonville First Citizen finalists are: Mary Fieweger, a Charbonneau volunteer and fundraiser; Julie Fitzgerald, former Wilsonville mayor and civic leader; Stan & Julia Satter, longtime volunteers at Coffee Creek Correctional Facility; and Lyn Whelchel, director of Heart of the City, supporting those in need. The evening will also include the Make Your Own Magic Vacation Raffle, where participants have the chance to win a $1,000 credit for VRBO or AirBnB, plus a $1,000 airfare voucher. The Rotary Club of Wilsonville meets weekly on Thursdays at noon to provide service and fellowship to members and the Wilsonville community. Guests are always welcome!
