Rotary U40 Group Helps with Bulky Waste Day Pickup

The Rotary Club of Wilsonville’s U40 group is partnering with the City of Wilsonville to provide free bulky waste pickup on June 21 for residents who are physically unable to transport their own items. This service is limited to 25–30 households and is first-come, first-served.

The Rotary Club of Wilsonville’s U40 (under 40-ish) group is once again partnering with the City of Wilsonville to offer free bulky waste pickup assistance for older adults and other residents who are physically unable to transport their own items.

This service will take place on Saturday, June 21, from 9 am – 1 pm, during the City’s Bulky Waste Day event at Republic Services Transfer Station. Rotary volunteers will pick up qualifying items from 25–30 households, filled on a first-come, first-served basis. The service is limited to those who truly need help.

During the last Bulky Waste Day on October 5, 2024, the U40 group successfully supported 25 Wilsonville households, helping residents participate in the city’s program. We’re proud to continue this valuable service to our community.
