Dan Burns and Rob Molzahn, committee chairs, will present on the TotaChair, a project of the Rotary Club of Newberg Early Birds. The TotaChair is a lightweight, “tote-able” multi-use chair designed and developed by Ken Austin, co-founder of A-dec. Fabricated and assembled by Rotarians who volunteer their time and skills, the TotaChair is made available for mission outreach projects and local uses where portability is essential.
This compact and transportable chair is ideal for temporary settings in remote regions or local settings requiring mobility. Its convenience and simplicity make it versatile for various service projects, enhancing the ability to provide essential services in diverse environments. Dan and Rob will showcase the design, development, and practical applications of this innovative portable equipment, highlighting its significance in mission settings and remote areas worldwide.
The Rotary Club of Wilsonville meets weekly Thursdays at noon to carry out its purpose of providing service and fellowship to members and the Wilsonville community. Guests are welcome.
