Official bio:

Allison Hancock is the Executive Director of Breast Friends and a 19-year breast cancer survivor. Though she felt she had a great support system, the one thing that was missing was being able to talk with other women who had navigated the cancer journey. She moved to Oregon in 2012, and was so excited to have found Breast Friends and hear about the amazing support that they were giving women who had been diagnosed with breast cancer. Allison began volunteering at Breast Friends and is now Executive Director. She counts it a joy and honor in carrying out the legacy that has been built. She has been married for 30 years to Mark, and they have two boys: Josh, who graduated in June 2023 from Oregon State, and Jeremy, who graduated in June from Oregon State. In her free time, she enjoys spending time with family, walking on the beach and crafting.
