Ned Walls will discuss the fentanyl crisis in Oregon. Ned is the Deputy Director of the Oregon-Idaho HIDTA (High Intensity Drug Trafficking Area).

Official bio: Prior to joining the Oregon-Idaho HIDTA in 2017, Ned retired as a Captain with 27 years of service at the Multnomah County Sheriff’s Office in Portland, Oregon. While a member of the Multnomah County Sheriff’s Office, he had many rewarding positions and assignments but none more so than drug investigations; he spent a total of 19 years as an investigator, supervisor and team commander.
Ned coaches Wilsonville High School varsity football. He has been involved with Wilsonville football since 1998. He was the Wilsonville Youth Sports Football Director for 13 years.
He has a Bachelor of Science degree from Central Washington University, where he played football. Ned is a United States Army veteran.
