Our guest speaker will be Marvin D. RĂ©voal, a member of the Oregon Liquor Control Commission (OLCC). He will talk about the implementation of cannabis legalization in Oregon.
Mr. RĂ©voal was appointed to the OLCC by Gov. John Kitzhaber in 2013 and was reappointed by Gov. Kate Brown in 2017. He served on the Oregon Workforce Investment Board, as well as, numerous nonprofit and community boards. Marvin is currently VP of Business Development at Wilson Heirgood Insurance. His past experience includes serving as a Marine and as a police officer in Oregon for 20 years.
Marvin has used all of his years of business experience relating to board development, strategic planning, financial stability, and continuation planning to help develop the recreational cannabis industry in Oregon and maintain Oregon as a control state for the benefit of Oregonians.
