Dr. Suzan Huntington will be this week’s guest speaker. She is the president and CEO of the Boys & Girls Aid Society for the Portland Metro Area, which was founded in 1885 and is Oregon’s oldest child welfare agency. Suzan is the third female president for the organization and the first president to have been adopted. Having earned a Master’s Degree in Nonprofit Management, from the University of Nebraska and a Doctorate in Organizational Leadership from Pepperdine University, Suzan has more than 20 years’ experience in the nonprofit and higher education arena. Suzan was raised in Baker City from the age of four and her parents still reside there.
