Clackamas Community College (CCC) provides transfer, workforce training and community education for approximately 20,000 students annually.  With campuses in Oregon City, Milwaukie and Wilsonville the college is an important economic engine as we move out of the pandemic. Dr. Tim Cook, president of CCC, will an update on new programs, initiatives and how CCC has adapted while continuing to provide high quality education to the communities of Clackamas County.

Amy Black of the Clackamas Workforce Partnership will talk about the current and future state of our national, regional and local workforce. Which industries are thriving, which are dying and how can we help everyone gain the skills needed to thrive?

Martin Montalvo, Wilsonville Public Works operations manager and Greg Leo, manager for North Marion Community Emergency Response Team and consultant to the city, will talk about 2 Weeks Ready and the new Wilsonville Ready program launched to promote community preparedness and resilience in the aftermath of an emergency.

Julianne Jackson is the founder of Black Joy Oregon, a grassroots advocacy group that promotes Black joy, female leadership development, and culture throughout Oregon. She will speak on the organization's activities and on being is a mom, survivor, and racial justice advocate who uses her voice to speak up for change.

Mike Tatlock of Grace Chapel will talk about the congregation's new building and its initiative to support community organizations outside of the church through the use of the space.
