Guest speaker Deborah Allen will make the case that one's professional and personal values can be aligned in both settings. Clackamas Community College (CCC) provides transfer, workforce training and community education for approximately 20,000 students annually.  With campuses in Oregon City, Milwaukie and Wilsonville the college is an important economic engine as we move out of the pandemic. Dr. Tim Cook, president of CCC, will an update on new programs, initiatives and how CCC has adapted while continuing to provide high quality education to the communities of Clackamas County.

Dr. Nagi Naganathan, president of the Oregon Institute of Technology, will talk about how the state university with locations in Wilsonville and Klamath Falls is nurturing an innovative workforce for the post pandemic world. He began his tenure as the seventh president of the Oregon Institute of Technology in April 2017. He focuses internally and externally to extend the reach, recognition, and influence of the state's only polytechnic university.
